So... a few years ago, I found myself in posession of a laptop computer that... although not very good, functioned. OK, so the thing was on the verge of death. So.. I tried to clean out my hard drive on it like I periodically do, in preperation to moving and found.... **gasps** that upon reinstalling windows, the thing wouldn't boot. I switched out the system memory with a spare test stick I have, and it still wouldn't boot. So, I think it may be dead. Why is this good news?
I have a month left on the warranty
